****** When this Court was about to dismiss this revision on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The respondent/wife will be entitled to withdraw the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) that has been deposited to the credit of S.T.C.No.101 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.9409 of 2017 in Crl.R.C. (MD)SR.No.21017 of 2017, on 11.01.2018. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
