ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate petitioner's property with the help of the third respondent by providing police protection.

2. I have heard Mr.R.Rajamohan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent and Mr.SP.Naveenkumar, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. Today (i.e.,24.03.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, Mr.S.Kameswaran, on instructions, submits that the survey has been fixed on 12.04.2025. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is closed.

4. Making it clear that the survey shall go on, on 12.04.2025 as decided, after issuing notice to all necessary parties and the Tahsildar, shall seek assistance of the jurisdictional police officials, in the event of any apprehension of breach of peace, if any such request is made by the Tahsildar, the police authority shall ensure that the sufficient police personnel are made available at the time of survey to prevent any law and order situation arising.
