ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of issue of writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 25.11.2024 regarding the rectification of error in the UDR.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, by consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
4. The petitioner has filed an appeal on 25.11.2024 seeking rectification of the error in the UDR in respect of the property comprised in S.No.93/3B measuring an extent of 74 cents situated at Pulalakottai Village, Virudhunagar Taluk and District. The first respondent shall decide the said appeal of the petitioner dated 25.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
