ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the first Respondent to comply with the direction issued by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Boothapadi under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C in Crl.M.P.No.2872/2022, dated 05.09.2022, and to register the First Information Report in light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Madras High Court in Sugesan Transport Private Limited Vs Assistant Commissioner of Police and Another, 2016 SCC Online Mad 9348.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents would submit that a case has been registered in Crime No.40 of 2024 dated 31.01.2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Aralvaimozhi Police Station, Kanniyakumari District.
