O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondent police to file the final report. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as early as on 08.10.2021 the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Natham. However, it has not been taken on file. 3.The respondent police is directed to verify from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham as to whether the final report is still available. If it is not available, a fresh copy of the final report shall be filed immediately and without any delay. The jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. The Registry is directed to mark a copy of this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham.
