ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner, based on the complaint of the fourth Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the fourth Respondent preferred a complaint against the Petitioner, based on which the current paper in C.No:4718/SP-TNI/GDP/2023 and C.No.264/GDP/DCB-II-TNI/2023 is pending before the District Crime Branch II, Theni. Also he would submit that the Respondent Police will follow the directions of the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, in Rc.007301/Genl.I(1)/2019, dated 09.04.2019 and Additional Director General of Police in C.No.18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024. 2/4

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent Police to act as per the aforesaid circular.
