ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner's son is undergoing life sentence in Central Prison, Trichy. The petitioner seeks "A" Class facility for his son. The petitioner has given representation on 13.01.2025 in this regard.
3. The third respondent is directed to submit the necessary proposal to the jurisdictional DIG within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The jurisdictional DIG in turn shall process the same and forward it to the first respondent within a 2/4
period of two weeks thereafter. The first respondent will pass an order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks thereafter. We have not gone into the merits of the matter.
4. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. (G.R.S., J.)
