O R D E R

The Writ Petition is directed against the order passed by the respondent dated 02.02.2021 and for direction to the respondent to renew the license of the writ petitioner for a period of three years to run the Miscellaneous Article Stall in Platform 1 at Vilupuram Railway station in accordance to Clause 3.2 of the License Agreement dated 02.04.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that subsequent to the writ petition, the writ petitioner has vacated the premises and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.
