ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation as per the order in Crl.MP.No.5501 of 2022 dated 18.10.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that based on the direction of the 2/4

learned Judicial Magistrate, the respondents conducted enquiry and filed final report by closing the complaint.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 20.04.2026 apd To
