ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 18.06.2018 given by the petitioner.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had made a complaint on 18.06.2018 before the second respondent. Since, no further action has been taken on the complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.198 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 506(i) IPC, Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 and produced a copy of the First Information Report before this Court.

4.In the light of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
