ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the intervener/defacto complainant objected the same citing that this petition would be dismissed and the petitioner to avail statutory bail benefit, he has made this plea.

CRL OP(MD). No.1762 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that in this case already communication has been sent to the Assistant Director, Enforcement Directorate, Madurai on 09.03.2021 and informing about the pendency of the case and reminder has also been sent. He further submitted that complaints with new facts have been filed, for which, necessary steps to be taken. If necessary, fresh case will be registered against the petitioner.
4.At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the intervener/defacto complainant's apprehension is that the petitioner evades justice by filing statutory bail.
5.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal Original petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the defacto complainant is directed to approach the concerned Court to file his objection, the concerned Court shall take the interest of the depositors, who were cheated of their hard earned money and ensure that their interest amount is safe guarded, while granting statutory bail.
