RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1288/2018 on the file of the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai dated 24.12.2018 and direct the petitioner to appear before the Keeraithurai Police Station instead of Dindigul Town Police Station daily at 10.00 A.M in Cr.No.916 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1288 of 2018, by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai, dated 24.12.2018 and direct the petitioner to appear before the Keeraithurai Police Station instead of Dindigul Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m.

2.The petitioner was granted bail by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai, on 24.12.2018. One of the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge is that the petitioner has to appear and sign before the Dindigul Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m.

3.According to the petitioner, he is a resident of Keeraithurai, Madurai and he is commuting daily to Dindigul to appear and sign before the Dindigul Town Police Station and it causes great hardship. Hence, the petitioner seeks modification. 4.Considering the above facts, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Keeraithurai Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.00 a.m, in stead of appearing before the Dindigul Town Police Station.

5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
