JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that in view of the subsequent development, this writ appeal may be closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 19.01.2021, in accordance with law.
