It is brought to the notice of this Court that the order of this Court, quashing the proceedings of the Trial Court, has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Criminal Appeal No.836 of 2015, by Judgment dated 01.07.2015.

2. In view of the above, the relief sought for in this Criminal Original Petition cannot be granted. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
