O R D E R

The revision petitioner is directed against the maintenance awarded to the respondents. The revision petitioner and the first respondent have entered into compromise and memo has been filed pursuant to the Mediation held at Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai wherein it has been stated as follows:- (a)The petitioner/husband has agreed to pay a permanent alimony amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) to the respondents towards full and final settlement. (b)The 1st respondent has agreed to file the consent divorce petition before the Learned Family Court, Srivilliputhur. (c) The petitioner has agreed and had given no objection for the 1 st respondent namely to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.1,60,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Sixty thousand only) before the learned Family Court, Srivilliputhur and also the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,40,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Forty thousand only) before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court on 23.10.2018 in the presence of the Mediator. (d)The 1st respondent has assured that there will be no claims in future for herself.

(e)The 1st respondent has no objection to the marriage of the petitioner in future.

2. Recording the terms of the settlement, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
