ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 28.11.2022 in CSR.No.1413/2022. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on his complaint, CSR No.1413/2022 was registered by the second respondent and no action has been taken so far.

3.In reply, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that against the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending before the second respondent.

3.In view of the above, a direction is given to the second respondent to complete the said enquiry, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
