3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 38 days.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
