2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition only 35 days and the petitioners are not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that the petitioners are complied with the condition only 35 days, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12788 of 2017 on 27.09.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
