RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11107 of 2017 dated 29/08/2017 in Crime No.299 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kayatharu Police Station, Tuticorin District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DURAIRAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 302, 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.299 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 55 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police, twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and friday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
