Since this Court is directing the Waqf Board to consider the matter after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers as well as all other interested parties, the presence of the impleading petitioners is not necessary for the adjudication of the present writ petition. Accordingly, the impleading petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
