RESPONDENT /RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD). No.13993/2017 dated 20/10/2017 directing the petitioners to be released by producing common sureties to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri instead of producing two sureties each Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this modification petition to modify the condition imposed in the order made in Crl.P.(MD)No.13993 of 2017, dated 20.10.2017 directing the petitioners to be released by producing common sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri instead of producing two sureties each.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are residing at Chennai and therefore, they are not in a position to collect six sureties from here. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, insofar as the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 20.10.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13993 of 2017, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two common sureties.
