RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the absence of the Petitioner in complying with the condition imposed on the Petitioner while granting anticipatory bail to him vide in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 10654/2017 dated 17.08.2017 from 24.08.2017 to till today and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition to condone the absence of the petitioner in complying with the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 341 of IPC and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.1442 of 2017, while granting bail.
