Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent district Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of P.Rajavel as lab assistant in the petitioners school and release the grant-in-aid towards his salary, allowances and other attendzant benefits with effect from the date of his appointment ie., 05/09/2012.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.M.VELUMANI, J.) This Review Application is filed by the petitioners to reconsider the judgment passed in W.A.(MD)No.213 of 2014, dated 26.02.2014.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in the review application reiterated the grounds raised in the writ appeal and the averments made in the counter. This Court rejected the said contention in view of Rule 15 of the Tamil Nadu Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 1974. This Court has also considered the letter dated 17.10.2012 relied on by the learned counsel for the respondent and held that the said letter is not rejection of request of the respondent for approval and held that it is only a letter intimating the respondent that the request for approval will be considered in future. In view of the above facts, there is no error in the judgment dated 26.02.2014, made in W.A.(MD)No.213 of 2014. Accordingly, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
