Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for modification of the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 341 of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.1442 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly. 4.Since, the petitioner not comply with the conditions right from the day one, this modification petition did not have any merits. Accordingly this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to comply the conditions regularly as directed by this Court earlier.
