Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SOLAISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this Modification petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.06 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the All Women Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station, Thirupparankundram, on every sunday at 10.30 a.m.,and friday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
