Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ or direction or order more in the nature of writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 10-07-2020 and disburse the annual increment promotional benefits and all other monetary benefits from 01-07-2014 onwards without insisting to undergo TET examination by taking note of the appointment on 14-07-2011, prior to the issuance of the G.O.(MD). No.181 School Education dated 15-11-2011 within a time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

The learned Special Government Pleader furnished the copy of the proceedings issued by the District Educational Officer, Tenkasi in proceeding dated 09.04.2021. Cont. P(MD)No.219 of 2021 Supreme Court of India. However, they have decided to implement the order subject to the appeal to be filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

2. The proceeding of the District Educational Officer reveals that the fixation is done pursuant to the directions issued by this Court. Thus, no further adjudication is required as far as the contempt petition is concerned.
