The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2020 and to file a final report.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2020 is already completed and referred charge sheet has also been made ready.
