RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.381 of 2017 while granting bail to the petitioners by the order dated 11.01.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 14.01.2017 onwards. The petitioners are charged under Section 307 IPC., inclusively and the investigation is pending.

3.
