O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent reports that on receipt of the complaint, the respondent police conducted the investigation and registered a case in Crime No.3 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.2148 of 2020 2020, for the offence under Sections 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, as against the petitioner.

5. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
