Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- This petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings under section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 in D.V.C.No. 09/2019 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppattur, Sivagangai District and quash the same. ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day under the caption "For Extension of Time", and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 06.02.2020, and the Letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur(FAC), in D.No.677, dated 11.09.2020, and forwarded by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, in D.No. 5197/2020/HCA, dated 18.09.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.

Balakarthick, Advocate for the Petitioners, this Court made the following order: By order dated 06.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in DVC.No.9 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.5197/2020/HCA dated 18.09.2020 whereby citing Covid-19 lockdown, the learned Judge has sought for extension of three months to comply with the above order dated 06.02.2020.

3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioners in extending the time limit.
