Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of SC/ST Act 1986, against the Order in Crl.M.P.No.2327 of 2017 passed by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crime No.77 of 2017 U/s.294(b), 353, 355, 506(i) IPC r/w 3(1)(r),3 (1)(s) 3(1)(m) of SC/ST(POA) Act 2015 on the file of respondent police.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the argument of Mr.D.BALA MURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Mr.T.MOHAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Appeal from 06.10.2017 and investigation has been completed and draft charge sheet filed.
