2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.DHANALAKSHMI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.PRABHU RAMACHANDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11358 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15496 of 2017, dated 15.12.2017.

2.This Court, by order dated 14.11.2017 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 15496 of 2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners therein and directed them to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners therein did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11538 of 2017 for extension of time. This Court, vide order dated 15.12.2017, granted two weeks time to comply with the order dated 14.11.2017. Due to financial crunch, the present petitioner/A3 alone did not comply with the said order. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 14.11.2017, is extended till 20.04.2018. sd/- 04/04/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
