This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 19.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22551 of 2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22551 of 2024 on 19.12.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly 36 days. He further submitted that the investigation is pending.

4.
