ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 11.02.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) and 120(B) of IPC in Crime No. 21 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that that was a previous dispute in between the defacto complainant and one Aachipandian. The petitioner herein is the son of Aachipandian and he engaged one Rajesh for attacking defacto complainant, thereby the defacto complainant filed a complaint before the respondent police. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

He would also submit that based on the confession of the co- accused, this petitioner was implicated and hence, he would pray for bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is a History Sheeter and he engaged another rowdy element to attack the defacto complainant and infact no one sustained injuries. He would also submit that threre are 13 cases pending against the petitioner and hence he objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are several cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
