ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 and their subordinates not to harass the petitioner and his family members at any event in so far as the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5 except without taking action in due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5, CSR.No.189 of 2022 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that subsequently, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.177 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022 2/4

and thereafter on the basis of the complaint given by the respondents 4 and 5 against the petitioner, CSR.No.377 of 2022 came to be registered and the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
