ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued against the first respondent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi in C.C.No.165 of 2014 dated 03.10.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute the bailable warrant issued against the first respondent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi in C.C.No.165 of 2014 dated 03.10.2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
