ORDER:- This civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 11/03/2021 of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Melur, in Letter in D.No.125/2022 dated 05/03/2022 and this Court made the following order:

This Court by order, dated 11.03.2021 directed the District Munsif, Melur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.195 of 2012 pending on its file within a period of six months.

2. Now, the District Munsif submitted a letter for a second time and stated that steps for the deceased 2nd plaintiff was filed on 02.07.2021 and 25.10.2021 the I.A was allowed. Now, the case was posted for APC and carry out amendment and hence, he could not dispose the matter within the stipulated time. Hence, he wants further two months time to dispose the matter. Since the matter is pending from 2012, this Court directed the District Munsif to dispose the matter within a period of six months. But, the petition is pending un necessarily pending for three months from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD). No.438 of 2021 date of order. So, the District Munsif is directed to dispose the suit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the District Munsif wherein mind that only due to the long pendency of the case, this Court ordering for speedy disposal.
