..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remand the petitioner's stolen properties recovered from the 1st accused A.Pandiarajan @ Pandi @ Jaalapandy to the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in crime No.300 of 2011 in pursuance of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.4355 of 2012 dated 01.10.2012 within the time stipulated by this Court.
