CMA(MD)SR.Nos.34596 to 34598 of 2013 against the Judgment and Decree dated 30.04.2013 passed in M.C.O.P.No.125 of 2012, M.C.O.P.No.126 of 2012 and M.C.O.P.No.124 of 2012 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai. ORDER : These Petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MALINI, Advocate for the petitioner in all the Petitions the Court made the following Order:- These Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 923, 926 and 923 days in representing CMA(MD)SR.Nos.34596 to 34598 of 2013 respectively.

2. Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, condoned the delay on condition that the Petitioner/Insurance Company shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- each (Rupees five hundred only) to M/s.Rajaji Home for the Aged, Natham Road, Visalakshipuram, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 3.If the aforesaid condition is complied with, within the time stipulated by this Court and if the papers are in order, Registry is directed to number the appeals and post the same for admission, in the usual course.
