O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents to grant free housing benefits under the Kalaingar dream house scheme to reconstruct the existing damaged hut of the writ petitioner based upon her application dated 09.10.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent submitted that the application of the writ petitioner has been accepted and the funds would be released based upon the eligibility and seniority of the writ petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
