ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.24 of 1997, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai, as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case pertaining to C.C.No.24 of 1997 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai was already quashed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20177 of 2013, dated 30.06.2016. Hence, no further order is necessary to quash this petition.
