ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.583 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018 and proceed with the same as per law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 17.12.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the final report could be filed within the reasonable time of three months.

5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
