ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to transfer the case in Crime No.702 of 2021 dated 26.12.2024 pending on the file of the third respondent to file of the the second respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint stating that the fourth respondent had borrowed the car of the petitioner for a trip and thereafter, he did not return the same to the petitioner. The complaint of the petitioner was enquired in Crime Crime No.702 of 2021 and the same was closed as mistake of fact on 25.01.2025.

3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to file a protest petition, if he is so advised. 28.01.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No ta 2/4
