PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in Crime No.501 of 2018, dated 20.10.2018, on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same against the petitioners. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Gokul For Respondents : Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu Government Advocate (Crl. side)

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.501 of 2018, dated 20.10.2018, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that charge sheet has been laid on 21.11.2018. But it is not taken on file.

3.The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, is directed to make a report as to why the charge sheet laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, has not been taken on file till date. Since the final report is laid, nothing survives in this petition.
