The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the third Respondent had lodged a complaint, based on which C.No.G4/2850/25512/SP/2023 was opened and an enquiry was conducted. After enquiry, it was closed on 11.10.2023.
