2. A report, dated 20.11.2017 received from the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, reveals the fact that the petitioner was abiding the condition from 05.09.2017 to 01.11.2017.

3. Criminal Appeal in Crl A(MD)No.259 of 2011 is still pending before this Court. The petitioner herein is aged about 76 years.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the age of the petitioner and also proper compliance of the condition imposed by this Court, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to appear before this Court, whenever his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

presence is required during the pendency of this appeal. This petition is ordered accordingly.
