The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent with the third respondent was registered in Current Petition No.345/DCP/GP/ L&O/TRC/2020 and after enquiry, the same was closed.
