ORDER

It is informed to the Court by the learned Government Advocate that the case in Crime No.8 of 2015 is ended in acquittal and Crime No.12 of 2022 also ended in closure. Crime Nos.297 of 2016 is pending for investigation. It is further submitted that according to the learned Government Advocate, the defacto complainant in Crime No.12 of 2022 has filed a protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchatram, which is stated to be pending.

2. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
