ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 294(b), 324 and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No.266 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by me on 08.01.2020 taking note of the fact that he caused stab injury with knife. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) pointed out that after suffering dismissal before this Court, the petitioner had moved the Sessions Court for anticipatory bail by filing Cl.M.P.No.364 of 2020. relief to the petitioner. The criminal original petition stands dismissed.
