ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to direct the respondent Nos.6 and 7 to take appropriate action to grant 'General Term Loan' for the petitioner under the scheme of Tamil Nadu Backward Classes Economic Development Corporation (TABCEDCO) in order to promote petitioner's 'Computer Saambraani Business' by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2023 in accordance with law within a time frame.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2023 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the respondents within a time frame.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that if the petitioner makes a fresh application for grant of general term loan under the scheme of Tamil Nadu Backward Classes Economic Development Corporation (TABCEDCO), in the proper format along with required documents, the 2nd respondent will consider the same within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.

Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to forthwith make an application to the 2nd respondent, for grant of general term loan under the scheme of Tamil Nadu Backward Classes Economic Development Corporation (TABCEDCO), in the proper format along with required documents. On receipt of such application, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
